We learn to bring greater curiosity to whatever it is we experience. Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founding father of secular mindfulness, described this skill as &#8216;being alive and knowing it&#8217;. Wrong! It is not about freedom from thinking, but freedom <strong>with<\/strong> thinking.
