We are delighted Esther Ghey is working in an ambassadorial role on behalf of Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) to help bring mindfulness training, tools and techniques to children and young people.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\n

Having practiced mindfulness herself, for over nine years, Esther found her personal practice was vital in supporting her through the trauma of her daughter, Brianna\u2019s, murder in 2023.\u00a0 Ever since the tragedy, Esther has been on a mission to equip young people with mindfulness tools and techniques to help them cope with the stresses and pressures of modern life, and thrive to achieve their personal goals.<\/p>\n

We are proud to work alongside Esther and the Peace in Mind campaign to realise her mission.<\/p>\n
