45 minute workshops that take students through a transformational journey connecting to their breath. 

Professional Development Training

A full day inhouse Professional Development Day for Teachers. Aligning with ****** of the Teacher Development Guidelines. You will learn the science of breathing and the art of guiding students into a state of calm. 

Mindful Breathing Teacher Training

A 3 night 4 day training held on location in Australia or New Zealand diving deep into the art and science of guiding Mindful Breathing and Mindful Leadership.

This four day training serves as a solid foundation for you to introduce

and implement the power of breath with your students and clients.

This training is for professionals working with or aspiring to work

with young people and the community. 

A Whole School Approach to Wellbeing

We work with every student, teacher and staff member in the school through the 45 minute Just Breathe Workshop with the vision of integrating Mindful Breathing Break into the school day structure. We work with you prior to arriving to understand when the break would fit best and support you to integrate afterwards.

“We had the pleasure of Kat and Bodhi teaching our entire student body and staff their simple breathing techniques during 2018. These techniques created the stimulus and knowledge for a discussion which has ultimately made significant differences at Sandy Strait, including taking a deep breath altogether to begin all our assemblies, and more crucially, a 20-minute built in daily session in our timetable tagged “mindful moments” when teachers guide practices to assist students in reflecting, calming and breathing. Kat and Bodhi have provided plenty of follow-up services. Schools have an obligation to prioritise this for their staff and students and we were able to align their mindfulness techniques within DET’s “Wellbeing Framework”. Thank you Kat and Bodhi”.
